Chinese dissident Liu Xiaobo will appeal his 11 year prison sentence for subversion, Hong Kong’s Ming Pao Daily News reported today, citing his wow gold wife. Liu, 53, hopes he will be the last person in China imprisoned for expressing personal views, the Chinese-language newspaper cited his wife, Liu Xia, as saying. The Hong Kong paper today carried the full text of his sentence.
